Moses Prince of Egypt

My sister and I spent the evening hanging out and making cinnamon rolls for General Conference. It was getting later (and we had stayed up WAY too late last night) and we were just being goofy. I quoted the movie Moses Prince of Egypt and wanted her to guess what it is. She guessed it right (after I gave her a few more lines from the movie) and then we spent at least 15 minutes quoting the movie and singing the songs from it. Our friend Anne just laughed and said, "If you want to watch a movie without really watching it, just ask the Baroldy girls". It amazed me that there are quite a few movies that I could literally sit down and almost quote word for word. Playing along with my sister also was a lot of fun, and we were laughing pretty hard. It has always amazed me how movies have brought my family closer together, and how quoting them can bring back a lot of fun and good memories. :)

  1. Ha, sounds like an awesome weekend! My siblings and I are like that a lot (however, I don't know if we're quite up to par with you and quoting a whole movie, but we get pretty close sometimes ;) ).

  2. Haha, it gets ridiculous sometimes. Especially if we're watching the Emperor's New Groove. ;)
